nDatalyze Corp. (“NDAT” or the “Corporation”) (CSE:NDAT) (OTC:NDATF) extends the Letter of Intent with Dr. Dale Stevens, Ph.D., Department of Psychology, Faculty of Health, York University.
Calgary, Alberta – December 11, 2023
For Immediate Release – nDatalyze Corp. (“NDAT” or the “Corporation”) (CSE:NDAT) (OTC:NDATF) announces that pursuant to terms and conditions of the Letter of Intent (“LOI”) dated November 10, 2023, the Parties have agreed to an extension to January 15, 2024. This extension was necessary to accommodate York University’s internal review processes and is not expected to affect the Clinical Study. A draft of the Mitacs project application has been prepared and is currently under review.
The Corporation also announces that the DNA data gathering protocols and preliminary DNA scoring routines have been developed. The YMI interface has been modified for the Clinical Study requirements and DNA-associated biometric data gathering is expected to begin before December 20, 2023.
